Week 5 was a solid performance for all our groups once again.
We hope you all enjoy a short break next Sunday over the Memorial Day weekend as we are now off until Sunday June 2nd.

This camp will focus on Skating and conditioning for session 1 on ice
Session 2 on ice will pertain to puck control and shooting.
Two off ice sessions will take place..
Session 1 will be dry-land conditioning (Hockey Specific)
Session 2 off ice will be stick handling skills and a competition.
We will also be adding video for our groups each day with a hockey video
or hockey chalk talk and video session!
Players will be required to bring snacks and a lunch for each day as well as appropriate off ice workout attire (sneakers, shorts and t-shirt)
CNY Prospects is excited to announce that we will be running a 3 day conditioning camp at the end of August to get our players ready for the 2013-2014 season. This program will be designed to help shake off the summer rust and prepare our players both mentally and physically to compete at a top level with their current organizations. The cost of the 3 day program will be $195 per player and will include 6 hours on ice instruction as well as 1-1/2 hours per day of off ice and strength and conditioning
(Hockey Specific).
Players will be split into groups of three main groups for the 3 days.
97-98-99 2000-2001-2002 2003-2004
Dates of the 3 day camp are
Monday- Wednesday August 26th, 27th and 28th
Space is very limited 25 players max per group
Camp will be held @ GBIA in Baldwinsville, NY.

CNY Prospects is a Spring and Summer program geared to help with skills and development as well as team systems of the AA and AAA Elite level player. Our program will help each group develop skills and team systems as well as to help form a competitive tournament team to compete against some of the top players from all over North America and Europe.
The goal of our program is to provide a skills and development level for the Elite player to excel. We facilitate the development of strength, character and skills in every player that is invited to participate. Participation in our team is open to all Elite players in the Central New York area.
CNY Prospects is a joint effort between College, Junior and High level Youth Hockey coaches with one goal in mind. To provide Elite level players the oppertunity to develop the skills and work ethic needed to succeed at a higher level.
Our Coaching staff consists of only qualified coaches with many years of experience in working with young players and helping them advance to the next level of play.
Our prospective player is one who is at the AA or AAA level and is approved by a member of our staff before being accepted into our program. If you feel that you are a player that desires to suceed and needs to be challenged, then this is the program for you.
Development - Teamwork - Strength - Character - Dedication - Success
Prospective players may register on our registration page and will have to mail a non-refundable deposit of $100
Players will then be evaluated and either accepted or not accepted to the program.
If a player is not approved the deposit will then be refunded in full.
Balance of the program fees will be required on or before March 31st 2013. Total cost for this seasons program is $549.
